How do I know if I need to optimize my P21 software?

Epicor prepares updates for SaaS customers a few times a year, and as those updates become available, customers will benefit from the them. Depending on the updates and improvements, these changes will occur twice or three times a year.

There are two objectives with the yearly updates. It is to ensure that Prophet 21 software is up-to-date, but also to fix minor and major bugs that are crucial for deployment and daily operations.

However, we still recommend that customers update their system at least once a year so that they can have not only functional system, but to be preapred for the advantages and benefits that come with the numerous updates.

If you are currently experiencing these issues, it is time to optimize your software. With P21, you should perform at least one update per year. It is possible that optimizations may be a bit more frequent, but this will allow you to benefit from all the updates implemented by Prophet 21.

Furthermore, it will prevent obsolescence from continuing to cause problems.
