Epicor Kinetic ERP Roadshow in Quebec City: A Look Back at a Day Among Manufacturers
On April 9, 2026, Concerti and EC Solutions brought together decision-makers, operations leaders, and manufacturing experts in Quebec City for a day focused on performance and digital transformation. The morning covered Cloud migration and optimization for our on-premises clients. The afternoon turned to what’s new in Epicor Kinetic, AI applied to manufacturing, and the Quote-to-Cash cycle. Throughout the day, peer-to-peer conversations, a lunch hosted by our partner ADP, and a closing cocktail hosted by Epicor.
The day is behind us. Here’s what stood out.
Tilton and Gryb Share Their Move to the Cloud
If there was one moment to remember, it was the panel with Tilton and Gryb. Two manufacturers came to talk about their move to the Cloud, unfiltered: the reasons behind the decision, the steps involved, and the concrete results. Participants said it plainly. Hearing real users talk about their actual experience and the challenges they faced is worth far more than a presentation. That kind of sharing is what helps everyone figure out which direction to take for their own project.
The Kinetic Tips and Tricks from Epicor Experts
The Kinetic tips and tricks sessions led by Epicor experts were a clear favorite. Practical advice, quick to apply, for getting more out of the ERP already in place. That’s our philosophy: clear steps, reliable data, concrete results. The overview of what’s new in Epicor Kinetic rounded out the picture, showing where the platform is heading and how to make the most of it.
The Epicor Modules That Caught Attention
Several participants left with specific ideas to explore with their partner. Among the most talked-about modules: Epicor IP&O for planning, ECM for document management, accounts payable automation, Epicor Connected Process Control for production operations, FP&A, and the ADP integration for payroll. Each one a lever for greater agility, visibility, and control.
Several also expressed interest in a CVEW, the no-cost session where Epicor and partner experts audit existing processes alongside the client to reveal concrete opportunities for improvement.
What Manufacturers Want for the Next One
Participant feedback was plentiful. The most common theme: an appetite for client testimonials and peer-to-peer exchange. Hearing other manufacturers tell their story, and being able to discuss it directly over lunch with companies in a similar situation, is part of what they came for. One idea came out of it: setting up an Epicor user group in Quebec, to extend this kind of sharing among local manufacturers.
Thank You to Our Partners and Manufacturers
Thank you to Epicor, ADP, Concerti, and above all to the manufacturers who shared their time and experience. This day confirmed it: ERP transformation is as much about the technology as it is about sharing between peers.
