Four Days in Nashville

Epicor Insights 2026 ran May 18 to 21 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee. The event brought together more than 3,000 Epicor customers, partners, and product teams from around the world. The program included 500+ breakout sessions, 85 hands-on labs, and 46 extended education sessions covering Kinetic, and the broader Epicor product suite.

What Happened at Insights 2026

The program covered the full Epicor product suite across four days. Extended education sessions offered four-hour hands-on training blocks on Kinetic running ahead of the main conference on May 17 and 18.

Keynote speakers included Nick Saban on leadership and building a culture of performance, and Gene Marks on AI adoption and economic trends for manufacturers. The sessions reflected where Epicor is putting its energy: AI capabilities, cognitive ERP, and the continued development of the Kinetic platform.
