Four days on the floor with the people who run Canadian manufacturing operations: plant managers, operations directors, engineers, and the decision-makers behind some of the country’s most complex production environments.

About CMTS

CMTS draws the full cross-section of Canadian manufacturing. Automotive, aerospace, job shops, precision machining.

Over 9,000 professionals and 750 exhibitors came through the Toronto Congress Centre between September 29 and October 2, 2025. It’s one of the few events in Canada where many manufacturing leaders are in the same building at the same time.

What Happened at CMTS 2025

CMTS 2025 centered on the technologies reshaping Canadian manufacturing. Automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, and smart systems filled the show floor, with dedicated spaces like the Smart Manufacturing Experience and Innovation Park connecting attendees with where the industry is heading.

Over 45 sessions and 75 speakers covered competitiveness, workforce development, and the practical side of digital operations. It was a dense four days.
